Mr. VAN AALSBURG The trip to Doi Ang Khang in it self was one to remember for ever. Due to the rainfall, the roads were at times nearly impossible to drive, but we managed. The hotel is fantastic, and we are certainly going back there in the future. The restaurant can be recommended as very high standard and we enjoyed every breakfast and dinner we had at the restaurant. The temperature (13 degr C) was really cool and nice for a change, if one knows where we are coming from. All in all very good, and we will be going to Doi Ang Khang again for sure. Jan van Aalsburg/Pakamon Kongsuwat Jomtien/Chonbury Thailand.
Mr. Ronik Good quality as we might expect from Amari at this price level. Nice room and services. Very convenient to visit the garden areas of Ang Khang. Recommended for visitors who don't mind the price.
Winston Chong Good value for money! Good food too! Nice place to relax, enjoy the weather and do nothing!

Bonheur Date: 2010-02-28 Un havre de paix au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante. Hotel parfaitement intégré dans le site, très belle chambres avec tout le confort. Un seul regret...n'y avoir passé qu'une nuit !
Good nature spot Date: 2010-01-17 This is the only hotel in the vicinity of Doi Angkhang. Their only neighbours are the Royal Agricultural Station, a village school and 2 rows of shops; you will need a 4WD (and a couple hours' drive...
Only game in town... Date: 2009-02-04 This was our third trip to Doi Angkhang, where we are helping to construct a new village school, and rather than stay in the inexpensive villas in the Royal Project (1200B a night for bed, shower,...
Enjoyed it Date: 2008-07-29 We were living in Bangkok, so were very happy to be able to stay in a nice room that did not require A/C. We actually needed blankets!!! The room was perfectly fine, it is true that it was not...
Good base to visit the Royal Project Research Station & gardens Date: 2008-06-09 We stayed for a night in March 2008 which we were visiting the Royal Project Research Station and surrounding flower gardens. It is an older style resort with 74 rooms spread out over a large...
Not as quiet a location as you might think Date: 2008-01-29 We drove to Angkhang from Chiang Dao by rental car and stopped at this Amari location for lunch after visiting the very nice Royal Project gadens (the drive to get there was spectacular).
We had...
Great food, relaxed atmosphere and unpolluted air Date: 2007-11-20 Was skeptical about staying at this place initially as the transfer takes 3 hours (per way) from the airport. 2 way trip cost 5,000 baht. I arrived late at 9 plus in the evening and was the last guest...
