Good value for money. However no safe in the room but not a big issue. Felt safe and didn't t lost anything. Room clean and bathroom OK but not excellent.Hotelstaff helpful and friendly.

Good hotel, big and fancy lobby. Rooms are average. The location is very good, just a couple blocks and you re into the night market. Try the Indian restaurant on the same street, really good curry! The pool is fine, with a really big but empty plaza. Definitely worth the good price from Sawadee.com

Great hotel in a great location only a 5 minute walk from the start of the night bazaar. We enjoyed the stay and even the compulsory New Years Eve gala night. Breakfasts were good and included within the package. Would recommend and definitely use it again.

The hotel was much better than I had anticipated. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
The foyer is enormous and very grand - cool to enter without being freezing from the 40 degree street.
We hardly tried the restaurant as the hotel is so close to the night bazaar, and just across the road is on of the oldest and best noodle shops in the city.
I will certainly stay there on future trips to Chiang Mai.

It may look like just another hotel but what surprised us was the friendliness of the staff. There's always a smile. That's a big brownie point in my books. To top that off is a good command of English from the front desk staff to the porter.
The only odd moment was the walk to the swimming pool via dim corridors and passing by rather gothic looking banquet hall entrances. Weird during day but could be kind of ghoulish after sunset.

Very Good, friendly staff and all the amenities were excellent. Good food, particularly breakfast and good value for money.
