Always a success, we stay there every year ( 5 years now in a row) in the doi suthep wing and for tbt 1.550 you never get any more space , service and breakfast and... swimmingpool in Chiang Mai. Thanks staff. Only one minor point. Please please let the band play - in the evening - a litle bou bou noi !!

The hotel was a little futher then I thought from any major things to do, but the room was clean the people were nice.My son loved the pool. The breakfasts were very good. Plus you are attached to a cool mall.. I recommend the hotel to families. Josef Fet
This is a decently priced hotel in Chiangmai's major shopping mall Kad Suankaew (Central).
It has a good (and large) swimmingpool and the rooms are pretty clean.
The location is ideal in the very hot season or rainy season since you don't have to leave the building to enjoy yourself.
There is a cinema, bowling, karaoke, lots of restaurants and shopping. Lisa Storer
Stayed at this hotel 2 years ago, we loved it then and still love it now.
Rooms are large, we went for delux this time and it is well worth the small extra charge. Breakfast is normal standard for Thailand.

This was my 4th stay at this hotel. I am very happy here and will continue to stay there in the future. The staff were very nice, and I had no compalints. The free airport shuttle was also very helpful.
Great location of hotel, deluxe room is always good. Breakfast was ok.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, most recently for 9 days in January 2010. Overall, the hotel is decent, but it is starting to age. Renovations will need to take place soon... Better than Expected!

This was the noisiest hotel I have ever visited. The rooms all face in towards the lobby and every night there are live singers with small bands and big loud amplifiers that play in the lobby untill...

Initially I was disappointed having stayed in a great hotel in Bangkok but it did grow on me!.

My wife and I stayed at Lotus for 8 nights in a Deluxe Double room on the 9th floor partly facing the big swimming pool on the Suthep Wing of the hotel. Lotus has 2 separate wings, the higher floors... Adequate but a major letdown

The hotel is about a 15 minute 100baht tuk tuk ride away from the shopping areas and is sort of out in no man's land. Located about 10 minutes walk from the Novotel, there is nowhere to walk and... Reasonable price and nice staff!!!

We stayed at the Lotus for five nights in late December 2007. We had read the mixed reviews the hotel received. So we booked a deluxe room and were very happy with it. Although the bathroom was... OK, but can do better

Very large hotel, and lacked a personal touch. We asked for a room overlooking Doi Suthep. The room we were given was fine - large, clean and with a view over Doi Suthep, but this was in the distance... Decent budget hotel but certainly not a 'gem'

I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2007. The room was quite large but not that clean. I don't think the carpet had been vacuumed in months-- in fact, they use an antiquated bundle of straw only... Older hotel, away from night market

It started off going into what looked like a nice hotel. After signing in we were taken up to the sixth floor, then lead down some stairs and across a hallway into what was essentially another hotel.... |
