Ms Reay The staff were extremely friendly and seemed genuinely interested in their customers. The rooms very large, clean an accommodating. Our family was extremely happy with the variety in the breakfast buffet and the lunch bar.
Jeffery Chaua This is my first stay at this hotel and I am very pleased with the customer service. The rooms are very clean and spacious (thanks to the upgrade). The only setback is that I have requested for King size bed but only twin beds were available. The food served at the cafe is also excellent on both the breakfast buffet as well as A La Carte and room service. I will certainly revisit this hotel again.
Mr. Power The facilities in the hotel were hard to gauge due to extensive renovations taking place at the time, the room was ok but the bed was terrible! The hotel is too far from the city and once there you feel marooned from normal tourist life. Chiang Mai is a very spread out city and unless you stay in the parts close to restaurants and tour spots you are lost. Additionally, the taxis in CM do not use their meters but use a set fee. This varies from Bht40 to Bht 100 on occasions... I don't think I would rush back to Chiang Mai.
